Thursday evening's opening reception (June 27) will feature registration, an Indigenous smudging ceremony, a keynote address by JJ Lee, and the opportunity to connect (and re-connect!).
Friday (June 28) will include hands-on workshops, demonstrations, paper presentations, and panels, the Graduate Student Symposium, Ray Cronin's Gaitskell Memorial Address, and the opening of NSCAD’s Master of Arts in Art Education (MAAE) Student Show at the Anna Leonowens Gallery.
Sessions will continue on Saturday (June 29).
Highlights of the day include the Webb Family keynote address (featuring Renee Forrestall, Marie Webb, Nick Webb, and Millicent Webb), the national Awards Ceremony honouring Canadian art education award recipients, and a formal lunch, all taking place at the Canadian Museum of Immigration at Pier 21.
Sunday (June 30) will see even more workshops, demonstrations, and paper
presentations leading up to our Members’ Meeting.
